I recently became licensed in Florida due to the interest we had in purchasing an investment property on the Gulf coast. We love Florida and may someday make the move there permanently. As we age, we find ourselves more interested in warmer climates year-round and less interested in the cold winters of Minnesota. Our strolls along the white sand beaches and wonderful dining and recreation of SW Florida continue calling to us.
